Our pricing is tailored to the number of rooms, the type of carpet you have, and any additional services you'd like such as stain treatment, deodorising or carpet protection. Prices start from $40 per room.
Drying times can vary depending on the weather, airflow and the condition of the carpet, but most carpets are dry within 4 to 6 hours after a professional steam clean. To speed things up, opening windows and doors or running a fan helps significantly. On a warm Brisbane day carpets can dry even faster. We recommend avoiding heavy foot traffic until the carpet is fully dry.
For most homes we recommend a professional carpet clean every 12 months. However, households with pets, young children or high foot traffic may benefit from a clean every 6 months. Regular professional cleaning not only keeps your carpets looking their best but also removes built-up dirt, allergens and bacteria that regular vacuuming can't reach.
Whilst we vacuum all areas as part of our process, we also recommend giving your carpets a quick vacuum beforehand for the best possible results.
We treat all stains as part of our service using specialist stain removal treatments. Most stains respond very well to professional cleaning, however some stains such as permanent dyes, bleach or heavily set marks may not be fully removable. We will always do our best to achieve the greatest result possible and will let you know upfront if a stain is unlikely to come out completely.
